The SCOA Vision
We envision SCOA as the leading professional organization in New Jersey that officiates and promotes the game of high school soccer in Essex, Hudson, Morris, Union and Warren Counties.
Our primary mission is to train and maintain high school soccer officials at the highest proficiency possible.
